The EcoVillage will be making its debut at the South of England Show in 2010 with over 120 exhibitors and a picnic area.  The South of England Show attracts over 80,000 visitors over 3 days and is held on 10, 11 and 12th June.

The dedicated EcoVillage area will feature almost 100 green’ exhibitors, interactive displays, demonstrations and a picnic area.
The EcoVillage is designed to sit within large scale mainstream events and helps organisations promote green products, services and initiatives.

Although events are key in promoting small businesses, especially those with green credentials, it is widely accepted that the events themselves can have considerable environmental costs in terms of waste and local impact, so we're pleased to be able to bring our EcoVillage event to a Showground that is already working on reducing their environmental impact.

The EcoVillage has grown from strength to strength in 2010. Founded in 2008 with a single annual event, The EcoVillage now organises 4 events and hopes to continue to expand rapidly in the coming year.
