Our sponsorship packages are designed to give companies additional exposure at the Kent County Show and represent real value for money. Exhibitor space is included within our packages, and significant exposure within the EcoVillage event is available. This year we are aiming to make our event as sustainable as possible under the BS8901 for Sustainable Events. Therefore all banners produced for sponsors will be sponsor branded rather than EcoVillage branded, and available for our sponsors to take away and use at other events. EcoVillage Village Hall Placed on one of the busiest crossroads of the Kent County Showground, the EcoVillage Hall is a large 21m x 12m marquee. It has space for 10 exhibitors inside and 13 exhibitors around the external walls. Sponsorship of the Village Hall will give a greatly enhanced presence at the Show, supported by large sale banners on the outside of the marquee. All banners will be printed to the sponsors' design and will be given to the sponsor for use at other events. Sponsorship Package £5,000, includes:
- Up to six 3m x 1m banners along the top of the marquee external walls in full view of the EcoVillage and the Kent County Show visitors (includes print and production of banners, which will be available for your use after the EcoVillage event)
- Logo on the two EcoVillage Hall Entrance Banners
- Logo on the EcoVillage Map brochure
- Logo on the EcoVillage Display Board Maps in the EcoVillage
- Logo on the EcoVillage communication materials including newsletters and press releases
- Fifty word feature in the EcoVillage map brochure

EcoVillage Market Marquee The Market Marquee is a large 27m x 12m marquee in the heart of the EcoVillage. It has space for 14 exhibitors inside and 16 exhibitors around the external walls. Sponsorship of Market Marquee will give a greatly enhanced presence at the Show, supported by large sale banners on the outside of the marquee. All banners will be printed to the sponsors' design and will be given to the sponsor for use at other events. Picnic Green
The Picnic Green is a shaded grass area of approximately 200 sq.m. which we would like to make appealing and interactive. The area is ideal for any sponsor wishing to create and interactive event within the EcoVillage. The Picnic Area will also feature on Kent County Show display board maps.
